SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Resin Art Dublin. Each item is carefully handmade and packed in Dublin, Ireland.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship within the Republic of Ireland using An Post. If you require delivery to another destination, please contact us at info@resinartdublin.ie before placing your order.

SHIPPING COSTS

Orders of €60 or more qualify for free delivery within the Republic of Ireland when the code RESINDUBLIN is entered at checkout.

For orders below €60, the applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Ready-made and in-stock products are normally prepared for dispatch within 7–10 working days.

Made-to-order, personalised or back-order products are normally prepared for dispatch within 2–3 weeks. Processing times may vary depending on the product, level of customisation and current order volume.

Flower preservation and other bespoke commissions have individual production times, which will be discussed and agreed with the customer before the order is confirmed.

If an order contains products with different processing times, the complete order will normally be dispatched when all items are ready, unless otherwise agreed.

DELIVERY TIMES

After dispatch, delivery within the Republic of Ireland normally takes approximately 2–3 working days.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during public holidays, busy periods, severe weather or due to circumstances outside our control.

ORDER CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING

You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order.

A further email will be sent when your order has been prepared and dispatched. Tracking information will be provided when available for the selected delivery service.

LOCAL COLLECTION

Collection in Dublin may be available by prior arrangement. Please contact info@resinartdublin.ie before placing your order or wait for confirmation that your order is ready before travelling to collect it.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.

If you need to change your address, contact us as soon as possible at info@resinartdublin.ie. We will try to make the change before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been prepared or handed to the delivery provider.

If an incorrect or incomplete address causes a parcel to be returned, the customer may be responsible for the cost of sending the order again.

DELAYED, LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS

If your parcel is significantly delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@resinartdublin.ie with your order number.

For damaged parcels or products, please also provide clear photographs of the packaging and the item so that we can assist you and raise a claim with the delivery provider where appropriate.

Resin Art Dublin will assist with delivery enquiries and will provide the appropriate solution in accordance with applicable Irish and European Union consumer law.
